Dr. Monahan is an excellent doctor and as all of the other comments I agree he takes time with each of his patients. His downfall is his staff, they are rude at times and leave you on hold forever. The very rarely answer messages either.

Dr. Monahan is an excellent doctor. His bedside manner is genuinely empathetic and he is personable. I would rather wait longer to see a doctor that is willing to talk rather than see a doctor whose punctuality also causes the door to be closed on you when your own time is up.

Excellent doctor. Unfortunately long wait times for appointments. Often six or more weeks before you can get in to see him.

This is a very kind and caring physician who does not rush his patients out the door; only negative comment is getting a message to the doctor; very busy practice and I have called twice today, waited 10 minutes on hold each time and then had to hang up. This front line could use more help.
