Touma performed my FAILED vasectomy (under a local anesthetic) a few years ago. It was so painful, and so brutal, that the nurse whispered to me that "it's not supposed to be like this" when he stepped out of the room at one point during the procedure (yes, DURING the procedure). He's an absolutely useless, pompous individual who had no concern or empathy for the discomfort I was in from that day on. On the follow-up appointment, when I informed him of the pain I was in, he told me to "give it some time". A year later, I had to have the procedure repeated by another urologist, at another hospital, and under a general anesthetic. I've been relatively pain-free ever since. I would never, ever recommend this particular doctor to anyone.

Dr. Touma operated on me for a kidney stone. He is a fine surgeon and a caring doctor.

Dr. Touma repeatedly has treated us with no kindness or respect. Left us waiting in the waiting room for hours without an update after surgery. He is lucky the nursing staff is outstanding.

Went for recurrent UTI's. Prescribed antibiotic to which I was allergic. Not interested in helping me with my problem. Gave me 6 month follow up but told to return to family doctor if any further problems. Phoned his office. Told to see my family doctor. Family doctor told me to go back to specialist. Very disappointed in his lack of interest.
