I had my 2nd reconstructive shoulder surgery by Bicknell. The first surgeon , in Toronto, was excellent and I completely recovered from the first surgery in a matter of a few weeks. Unfortunately I'm extremely active and I dislocated my shoulder again. It's now almost 6 months post op from Bicknell and I've yet to fully recover. Every appointment I've had with him has been over an hour waiting time and when I finally get in 'the room' to see him...waiting in the room for another 30 min. Bicknell doesn't even show up! He has his students, associates do his work. He botched my surgery and is a coward. I would NEVER recommend Bicknell to anyone. Look elsewhere.

He performed 2 shoulder surgeries to help me on my way to recovery back to sports and work. Great surgeon, I would recommend him.

Highly don't recommend. Two surgeries later and my arm is a total mess. In excruciating pain 24/7 as a resuly of having surgery.
