A great surgeon. Dr McFadyen does not have a very great bedside manner. I was operated on for double hernias and he did a terrific job. I would recommend him gladly.

I had an abdominal anuerysm which ruptured at home.Ambulances arrived worked on me then was transported to St.Marys but Dr.McFadyen wanted me transported to Grand River where was.He told me later that he liked the ICU at Grand River.I was still bleeding out inside and was mostly unconscious but just outside the operating room he leaned over and said `your odds are not good` Thanks to Police,fire fighters, ambulance(both types)and the staff in the operating room including Dr. McFadyen and ICU staff Iàm alive today. ICU and McFadyen Iàm alive today.
