Dr Ross was wonderful. My only complaint is the length of time it too to get an appointment for a major problem. It took almost a year. Once I did get to see her, she was fabulous. Staff was courteous and knowledgeable but it took way to long to see the Doctor. There should be time reserved for emergency situations. Everyone at Grand River Hospital was fabulous as well.

I got Dr. Ross when she just started her practice in Kitchener when I was pregnant with my daughter in 2001. She is amazing!!!! I still go to her. I wouldn't see anyone else!!! Her staff is wonderful too!!!!

Dr. Ross is friendly. She seems thorough and listens to you. She gave various treatment options and discussed the with me. Her receptionist is not very friendly, but her other staff was nice.
