Disappointed with Dr Finlay recently. Requested a req for blood work for Naturopath. Said no at first, until I pushed the issue that he is willing me to pay out of pocket for standard blood work when it is covered under OHIP. Will now let me come in but has booked me 2 months out as considered non emergency issues. I haven't had blood work in years and suffer symptoms of fatigue, so I've been seeing a ND for issues. Which have been food allergy and adrenal related. Uncompassionate and unwilling to work with other medical professionals such as ND. Was told too busy and was told they have too many patients to see me (hence one of the reasons I choose to seeked an ND. Deeply disappointed in lack of effort.

Listens and is very caring. Always takes you in if its urgent. Willing to work with you and offer referals to specialists. Is not offended if you make suggestions or provide info to add to your care. Took in my parents even though not accepting new patients when they moved into town. Took awhile to find the right person but Jennifer is the friendliest receptionist around! A keeper!

The best doctor ever!!! If I didnt have to move out of the province, I would never have changed doctors. I hate the doctor I have now!! Dr. Findlay cares and doesnt rush you out the door. His staff is super cool too!!! Keep up the good work! Your the best!!

I am a patient of Dr.Findley's for years now and must say I would not change for any reason. He helped diagnose my brother with a very rare disease and sent him to the best specialist in Ontario. Staff is exceptional and friendly. I would give him a better score.... But can't :)
