Our families have been with her for almost 8 years now. Dr. McFarlane is really a good doctor, she is kind and knowledgble, and always give us good suggestions.

As a patient I can attest that Lisa is stellar in her field and offer the following to support this position. I possess quite a strong background in science, both basic and applied, and after reading some of the other posts, I would suggest that knowing every single detail is not a necessity in any field any longer as this information is now cataloged and easily retrievable. Value, however, lies in the application of knowledge, and moreover, the customization of this knowledge (in this case) to a patient. While it is easy to recite diagnoses based on basic algorithms of symptoms like an App, it takes an intelligent human to put these into a personalized perspective for the patient. This requires not only the strong functionality of the service, but also emotional and social help that are often necessary in its support…which interestingly are also the dimensions along which customers denote value. It is in translating this skillfulness that “knowledge” is realized into valuable personalized “information” for customers/patients and this accurately and best describes my experience.

Awesome family doctor; the BEST. I was so happy that she was able to attend the "Emerge" dept. after my serious car accident! Sad she left Strathroy for K/W- lucky break for K/W.

Much more often than not, Lisa makes patients feel like more than just numbers, and that sets her apart from _many_ other doctors. She even sometimes apologizes for being late! I happily recommend her, even though her staff members don't always match her excellence.

I love Dr. McFarlane. She is caring, knowledgeable and clearly cares for her patients. Her staff do not always show the same level of caring and appear rushed/unfriendly at times.I don't care about that when I am getting excellent family doctor care.
