As an allied health care professional and patient I personally have had no issues. There are system issues that do put time pressure on medical staff which may be impacting they way visits happen but overall there has been no lack of care or follow up.

Seems hurried, and as a result, leaves you feeling uneasy. Doesn't explain things in too great of detail, and doesn't seem to be too caring either. This appears to be a common complaint. Perhaps if a few people reported her to the College of Physicians, she may change her approach in the way that she treats her patients. Patients are people, not cattle.

Dr. Timmons is very thorough. Coming from a family who worked in medical offices, I know as a patient, my appointment is not a social one. Dr. Timmons is a new doctor for us, our previous family doctor had to go on medical leave so we were faced with finding a new one. We had a medical issue with our youngest son and Dr. Timmons was calling our house personally with answers to our questions. She is young and on top of current medicine. Any test results of a concerning nature are dealt with immediately. As a family, we do not often require visits to the doctor but, when we have, we have been very happy. The front line lady at the desk could use some training in people skills. The nurse is excellent.

This Doctor is always in a rush. She makes you feel like a nuisance to her and when you inquire she defers the diagnosis without probing any further to get to the bottom of the issue. After months of struggling in pain, she finally referred me to a specialist but would not discuss any further medical issues I had. It was her not taking the proper care initially that led to months of continuous pain and then acts annoyed when you want to address a more recent medical condition. Sorry, but I am in my mid 60's and my body isn't that of a twenty year old any longer. I guess you have to suffer a few months at a time to have things addressed with this Doctor. She obviously has poor bedside manner and an ego to go with it. I wish we had more viable options for decent medical care and it is sad that Doctors don't have to earn the right to retain their clients like every other business out there. She is lucky she isn't in a real business because she would never survive. Find a better more compassionate Doctor if at all possible...

Excellent newer administrative team makes the appointment making process positive. LOVE Dr Timmons. She has always been wonderful for each member of our family. Thorough, thoughtful, friendly, excellent memory, professional and positive.

It would be helpful if the doctor was more accepting of my needs and more open to my assessment of my illness/injuries.

Dr Timmons is terrific. The receptionist on the telephone was vague and abrasive. I seldom need medical attention and when I do, I'd prefer not to be greeted with rudeness.

I quite like Dr. Timmons, the office is quite punctual, she is brief but has good personal skills, she doesn't seem to overprescribe medications (antibiotics, etc.) which I greatly appreciate.

I always feel rushed when i am in there, she doesnt answer questions and just refers me to "specialist" every time. why waste my time coming in just to tell me youre referring me someone?

People skills are lacking. Each time I went to see her I felt extremely anxious, rushed, and stressed. I was not able to ask more then one question during each visit. She will cut you off and tell you to book another app. Does not take the time to listen to what's going on as it may be related to issue. Is not a doctor I would recommend as you can't ask questions about your own health and one should be able to talk to their doctor.
