Front desk staff are friendly and helpful. Dr. Lubitz is caring and professional. She clearly cares about her patients, and is thorough in examining what ails you. A wonderful experience overall. I recommend her to everyone looking for a new family doctor.

Authentic and caring in a pleasant environment. What is challenging is my ability as a patient to correctly communicate all the symptoms that I've experienced over a few years, so that it is understood and accurate. Not easy when one is ill and under a timeline. This comment is really more about the politics of medicine and treatment and not Dr. Lubitz. The sign of an intelligent doctor is when they candidly will tell you when they don't know. I just wish the Ontario medical guidelines were more up to date with Lyme disease.

Very young and enthusiastic doctor; knowledgeable, dedicated, goes the extra mile to help you and give you information. Very friendly lady. Staff are nice but one receptionist always seems like she's unhappy to be talking to you (the other is really nice). No complaints about the doctor though
