Dr. Pfeifer is a great doctor! She takes her time with her patients and is very thorough when trying to figure things out. As a doctor, I feel she goes above and beyond in making sure her patients are cared for.

This doctor agreed to take me on as a patient, had her receptionist make an appointment for me, and then decided that she couldn't take new patients after all. I am not the only person she did this to. This is unethical, unprofessional behaviour.
