Missed my last appointment with the Dr. because he had MOVED HIS OFFICE without bothering to inform his patients! Needless to say I am currently seeking a new family doctor.

Dr.Fikry is a great doctor. He is very helpful, understanding, and thorough. However, his staff is very incompetent. There has been more than one occasion where I have been sent to the wrong location for specialist appointments (3 times now. To add to that frustration, my documents were never forwarded to the specialist and I was given wrong information (Doctor name and address). Furthermore, 95% of the time when I call to make an appointment - I either cannot get through, or I am put on hold for 20+ minutes, and then disconnected. Not impressed at all by the staff, their lack of professionalism, and lack of organization. Either training is needed for their staff, or they need someone with experience. Not impressed.

Dr. Fikry is an amazing doctor. He goes far an beyond to find out the source of your problems. His wife, Dr. ElBoureky is also amazing. The only bad thing is that some of his staff are rude and treat you with no respect. I really don't let it bug me as he has been wonderful with my family and I. Recommend him 100%
