When I had appointments to find out what was wrong with my stomach, it took months to find out what was wrong with me, and in the mean time Dr. Vockentanz was very rude and passive about it. I found out months later from a specialist that it was acid reflux, which is what he told me within a minute. The specialist commented "I don't know why you didn't find out about this sooner, it's even here in the paperwork".

I am so happy I have such an understanding/caring Doctor like Birgit. I trust her opinion and her advice when it come to me and my families health. Her MOA Nancy is wonderful to be around, She takes a little extra time to get to know you and when I got pregnant she got me in to see another Doctor to examine me because Dr. Vockentanz was away. She goes above and beyond for any of my needs. Unfortunaly, the new MOA there I am not to fond of. She doesn't give me a chance to explain when I need an emergency appointment, cuts me off in the middle of talking to the point where I walk out being upset as well as not making any follow up appointment. Most time she is not friendly and never returns my phone calls, or answers my calls when I call after 130pm. If it was not for Dr. Vockentanz and how amazing she cares for my family I would have left by now due to her new MOA. I wish she would bring Nancy back up to the front.

The wait time is not too long. I find her impersonal. I have felt the need to look for answers on my own, when I am still struggling. The staff are decent, but rarely answer the phone.

We are so fortunate to have Dr. V. as our family physician... her office is run so efficiently and she is realistic in planning her schedule. I very rarely wait more than 15 mins. and she is thorough, takes the time needed for the issue and very kind/warm.

almost impossible to get an appointment. They don t answer the phone and don t return messages. Surely, they must be another way to handle calls! Too bad, because Dr Vockentanz is a wonderful, caring and knowledgable doctor.
