Dr Moore is excellent in Knowledge, quick to refer you to specialist, very caring, does her research. Nurses are excellent. Reception staff rude and abrupt. You need to allow an extra hour on your appointment time before you are seen.

Front end staff are consistently rude.If I did not like the care given from Dr. Moore I would have switched a long time ago. You need to wait an hour to be seen past your appointment.
