Reseption is impatient, rude, and un compassionate. They made me feel like an idiot, and did little to help me. Probably the least professional secretary's that I've ever talked to!

My family doctor sent a referral to Dr. Gurr office on June 24 2014 and it is now Oct 1 2014 and I have still not been given a date to see him. I understand that he gets plenty of referrals. However, why does it take so long to put someone on the schedule for a consult.
