Dr. Muhsin has relocated to Toronto, some two and half hours from London. I found this out when I called to make an appointment. No one has taken over his practice, and his patients were not informed. This is the second time this has happened to me--my last doctor retired without notifying his patients. Once again, I find myself without a family doctor. Unprofessional and possibly unethical.

On my very first appointment I was kept waiting 47 mins. I had taken time off work and will lose wages due to this lack of respect . Neither the Dr or his staff came to tell me why I was waiting. While two other patience who arrived later were seen to first.

Didn't take the time to read the medical info they asked me for before he saw me, so wasted time....most importantly didn't ask about a stroke I had a few days previous....seemed uninterested and bored...
