Rachel has been my doctor for 13 years, since delivering my youngest all those years ago. She has been a tireless advocate for our family and for my very complicated health situation. Erin is also wonderful, as is Dr Richards. They are compassionate, competent and proactive.

She is a horrible person inside and out. She is as fake as they come. When patients leave, she makes fun and talks behind their backs. She tells her receptionist to ignore phone calls when she doesn't feel like taking anymore patients for the day and to ignore people that "annoy" her or she thinks are "gross". She is very abusive to that poor girl working for her as well. This woman does not deserve to own a license AT ALL!!! If only patients could hear her when they leave!!

Dr. Rachel is by far the best doctor in the world! My kids absolutly adore her and she makes them feel very special as well! She delivered both of my boys and made the birthing experience a very humorous and memorable one! She is always smiling and has time for her patients no matter how tired she is as she has very little sleep!! She is a blessing in our lives and Erin and Lexi are amazing as well:)

I've only known Dr. Shaefer for a short period of time during my pregnancy but I must say that she is very caring, always on track and has a great sense of humor. For a doctors office her, and her staff make you feel at ease and comfortable. I am very happy that my family doctor referred me to Dr. Shaefer.

Dr. Rachel is by far the BEST medical doctor we have ever had! She is caring, knowledgeable, detail oriented and the best doctor to see if you are expecting. Her staff are also excellent! Great team! Although, due to the fact that Dr. Rachel is in such high demand it is at times very difficult to schedle an appointment. Love the new office! Congratulations!!! :)

The new office is beautiful, and a lot less busy feeling. The two girls that help her are very helpful and attentive, my kids always love seeing them and feel comfortable with both the girls and Dr.Schafer. Dr.Schafer is a busy women but you never feel rushed out the door or neglected! Always a great experience. Amazing at delivering babies!!!

She is nice enough. Seems caring and helpful. Follow ups, even on severe medical conditions are nearly non existent. Reception is a joke. You will have a very hard time getting through, let alone make an appointment.

Rachel is an amazing dr, but only if you can get in to see her. Her reception people terrible. Can never get through to make an appointment.
