My child has special needs and as such requires frequent specialist appointments. Dr. Nasreen has been tremendous in helping me navigate my sons needs. She is wonderfully kind and patient with me and isn't afraid to push for tests that she believes will give us a better blueprint for my sons health regiment. Very happy to recommend her wholeheartedly!

The Owners of the clinic also are the front desk staff and they are very rude and inconsiderable of your child's needs. They argue with you like they do not care if you need an appointment, you need to see the doctor, response your questions on time and the worst they think they can do wherever they want. you can not suggest or get on time appointments, see the doctor in any urgency they tell you to go to the Walk-in-clinic.

I am overall very satisfied with the care my baby girl is receiving with Dr. Nasreen. As a first-time mom I was very anxious about selecting a pediatrician and so read the reviews for the doctors at Masonville Pediatrics. I agree that there is a bit of a wait time at times, although I've never had to wait for more than 20 or so minutes over my scheduled appointment. Dr. Nasreen is friendly, knowledgeable, patient and accommodating, and I am mostly at ease after our visits (any feelings of unease I chalk up to my lack of knowledge about the baby growing process). My baby girl is growing healthy and beautifully so that's the biggest relief there! The place is clean and in otherwise great condition, and the staff is helpful and warm (though a bit brisk when answering the telephone). Another thing I like is that Dr. Nasreen discusses infant formula with you (if that's your choice) and often provides you with a free sample; in that way, you can see if/how it works with your baby before making any premature financial investment . Great clinic and great doctor! Oh, and their after-hours clinic is also great!

Dr.Nasreen is great although sometimes you have to wait a long time before getting in even if you have an appointment. The staff is great, very friendly.

Dr. Nasreen is kind, gentle, and an overall good doctor, may be to busy in a walk in environment,would be nice to have her in her own office. Reception is the worst I have seen, rude on the phone and overall unprofessional.

We feel very fortunate to have Dr. Nasreen as our son's doctor. She takes the time to listen to our concerns and is very thorogh in finding a diagnosis. She explains things very well and welcomes questions from parents. I have never felt rushed in an appt. She is a very caring and competent paediatrician.

When my husband and I expressed concern about a particular aspect of the vaccines my twin boys would be getting, she did her own research and called us at home to tell us the news. She is genuinely interested in my babies' affairs, very respectful, and answers all questions in a straight-forward manner. I like that.

Dr. Nasreen is a wonderful doctor. She is extremely knowledgeable and cares deeply for her patients. The one major aspect I love about her is that she asks a series of questions everytime we visit to ensure that our son is on track with the major milestones of development. She is always able to answer any of concerns and I really enjoy taking our baby to her!
