When I was a child the service was amazing, as the years go by he us super booked and rushes through everything. I see him maybe once every 3-6 years as I just suck it up and don't bother but when I do have something serious I come in and before I even explain it is just assumed it is nothing. Very odd makes me feel as if I should just never enquire makes me feel very unworthy and low. I know doctor's time is important and I do not want to waste his time yet anything brought up is considered made up and nonsense? def makes me contemplate the health system now but I guess, and I have never made anything up or exaggerated maybe other patients do and then as a result everyone is lumped into that category which is disheartening. sad the world works this way now too many people have ruined it for people like myself that realize his time is important and do not want to waste it.

My whole family go to Doctor Tam (Wife,Son Daughter in law 2 Grand children) for over 18 years. You don't find many like Doc.Tam and his staff. A rating of 5 is not enough for the caring and respectful care you receive. You won't find a better Doctor or staff.

Appointments are always on time. I do not recall a time I had to wait more than a minute or two. I usually get in early. Darlene is fantastic as well and very supportive. Dr. Tam talks fast but is very thorough and addresses all of my concerns and is sure to ask questions. I love that he always goes the extra mile to make sure I know I am ok.

Have been going to Dr. Tam for almost 20 years and the last 10 years with my children. Darlene and Isabel are wonderful. Can not say enough good things about Dr. Tam.

Dr. Tam is very knowledgeable and also kind, but in recent years rushes appointments. His nurse is great but some office staff are very rude, hate calling for appointment

I always recommend Dr. Tam. He and his nurse are very helpful and never leave anything to chance. I love that I never have to wait long. My appt is usually always on time or sometimes a few mins early. He has been very helpful with helping us navigate through our learning curves as new parents as well.

Dr. Tam is a great doctor, but lately he rushes through appts because he's overbooked. his nurse is very nice but his secretary leaves a lot to be desired, she is very rude, and unpleasant to deal with

I really trust Dr. Tam with my health. Darlene is wonderful and Isabel the secretary is also very nice. I sometimes can't get in the same day I call but I totally understand that sometimes my problem is not urgent. Dr Tam is a great doctor!

Cannot say enough about Dr. Tam. My husband and I have been going to him for a number of years now and credit him with saving my husband's life twice with not fluffing things off and getting tests done quickly. Always has time for us and any questions or concerns we have. Love him and would recommend him every time.

Great Doctor can't really say anything bad about his care. But he should listen better when giving out drugs that react in neg ways. I lost it on him and really don't remember the whole episode due to the added drug. I accept responsibility for my actions because I should have refused it knowing that it would not be a good outcome.

Dr Tam is very good at what he does - very good at getting you to see specialist when needed. He does not waste time chit chatting which I like - finds out what is wrong and you are done. The support staff - ones answering the phones are not always nice or helpful but he is.

Find it very hard to get an appointment with him , he is always booked, and when you do manage to get to see him he will only discuss one thing at a time and you usually wait in his waiting room a half hour to 45 min to get in and then he rushes you through your 5 min appointment because he is so over booked
