Dr. Bill is an exception to the rule in a world where medical care amounts to nothing more than 10 minutes of you're in, you're out. I can't imagine Dr. Bill's practice being complete without the professionalism and humour of Kelly. Great Doctor, great staff!!!

Dr. MCKEOUGH is great but his receptionist is horrible! Never ever a smile, she's kurt unfriendly and unhelplful! Said she'd call me back on a claim form which was timely. She never called me back, stressed me out big! Left me hanging! I just needed to book an appointment but she woudn't talk to me because it was a Wednesday. I was told she was right there that day by the other receptionist but wouldn't book me or talk to me. She works with people sick and sressed!!?? Big big total super UnWow! I think she should work on assembly line somewhere and not with people! She make me feel like this!

Staff unfriendly and inconsistent. One time I call and can book an appointment and when I am streassed out and need an appointment the receptionist wouldn't talk to me even though she was there. I only come in when I need average twice a year. Last time another receptionist was happy to book for me. This time. .too bad. I work all day in customer sevice helping people and I find this very lame and unacceptable poor service.

Dr Bill has been my doctor since 92 when i moved to london from windsor.. he delivered my son in 97 and has been one of the best doctors i've ever had!

Have had Dr Bill for about 22 years he is a very understanding and caring Dr hope if he ever retires the Dr that try's to fill his shoes will be just as good.

ive been with dr mckeough for 40 years he has been great with my family members and i.during these years he has worked endlessly to help with my needs.i hope every dr is as caring as dr mckeough.

Been my doctor for 23 years. Great listener. Honest with diagnoses. Solution focused. Punctuality used to be an issue at his old location. This past year, no concern.

Been our family doctor for 32 years. Delivered both my children. I do not mind waiting (past appointment time) as I know if ever I need him, he takes the time needed. Great listener, caring, and all around amazing doctor!!

Dr McKeough is an amazing and caring doctor; he has been our family doctor for 25 years. My children have grown up with him and they love him; they think he is the best. Yeah Dr. Bill.

Seems to be caring, but I find you have to insist on referrals and further treatment. He tends to believe only in the "medical" type of treatment and not any natural remedies or solutions. Old-fashioned.
