Large busy office on Main Street Markham. Parking lot full so found a spot on Markham Road. Sign in and wait went fine and my appointment began within half an hour of arrival. A very pleasant and professional medical intern saw me first, did an examination and wrote notes for Dr. Kraft to review. Dr. Kraft came in about 10 minutes later. He is very caring, reviewed the notes and examined the areas of concern. He zapped a bothersome mole with liquid nitrogen spray; it is healing well. Very positive consultation and visit!

No parking spots. Long wait in over crowded reception. Another long wait in exam room. Busy staff. Not looking forward having to come back for follow up.

seemed like an assembly line with patients in and out constantly, over crowded reception ,little explanation of effects of treatment ,when bad reaction had not gone away after a month ,called to see if it was the medication ,told had to wait at least a month for Dr to look at.
