Dr. Woo is great. However her staff in the office does not have any empathy. They are rude and abnoxious.It is sad. Dr. Woo needs to fire them all and hire some good staff that would create a nicer environment for people who come with problems.

She cares and she is thorough. When you ask her a question, she will take her time to explain. Very hard to get an appointment with her though. So, I have to go to walkin clinics a lot for that reason.
