Excellent doctor and very caring. Staffs need training to be way more pleasant and welcoming. Need to do something about waiting time.

My family has been a patient since 2000. Despite the long wait time, we prefer to see Dr Raj. He's very knowledgeable and friendly. However, good Doctors come with a price so now the office is extremely busy and he has no time for the patients. His Assistant will log in the reason for the visit and general information and he walks in for a minute or two and just looks at the notes and jots down the prescription and leaves the room. It would be nice to have his give more attention to his patience but as I said earlier, good doctors come with a price and the old patients have to wait! I agree with some other comments about the Reception. They need good customer service training.

I have been a patient since 1999. Despite the long wait time, I preferred to see him as he was attentive and listened to you. But lately, the office is really very busy and he has no time for the patients. His assistant will log in the reason for the visit and general information and he will walk in for a minute or two and just looks at the notes and will jot down the prescription and leave the room. I agree with the previous comments about the reception, they really need good customer service training and needs to be polite, smiling and friendly.

I have been a patient with Dr.Kiruba for few years and he is an excellent doctor. His assistant at the reception is not pleasant or friendly. They need to be trained and monitored. Receptionist is supposed to receive patient with professionalism and friendly.

I have been seeing Dr Kirubaharan since 1999 and he is by far the most caring,knowledgeable doctor I have ever had. I would not change him no matter where i went to. The service is excellent.
