I have never come across a Dr. as rude and condescending aa this man. He refused to provide my 12 year with antibiotics when she had a temp of 39.8 on advil and a throat full of puss. Took her to another Dr. same day and got what was needed and told by the other Dr. that Dr. Tooming should not have a medical licence.

The last comment said he was an idiot, this was too nice. This man should never have been allowed to practice medicine. Worst bedside manner ever and extremely rude
