Excellent, caring and knowledgeable doctor. Is great with children, listens and doesn't rush his patients. Am glad we had to opportunity to have him as our allergist.

Horrible staff My appointment was from 9am - 11am. I have to admit I reached late by 20 mins ie 9:20am. There were 2 more people ahead of me waiting at the front desk to submit their health card and the form. The chinese guy ahead of me was taking a bit of time. By the time I was able to give her my health card it was already 9:30am. She said I am way late and will have to wait for other patients to finish. I said I am ok with that as its my fault I am late. I asked her approximately how long would the wait be else I can reschedule my appointment. The reply was a few hours, and I should be able to finish by noon. So I was waiting patiently as all the patients before me went in and were done. By this it was 10:30 already. Then I noticed she started taking patients that came way after me. She took in may be another 5 patients who has arrived after me. So I asked her as when is my number going to be. She said that I will advise the nurse that I am waiting. A few more patients went in after that and it was 12 by now. So I went back and asked her as how and when she is going to take me in? as patients keep coming in. Will I be the last patient of the day? She says yes, if patients keep coming in I will have to wait till all of them finish. I just lost my head at that point. I said you should have told me this in the begining. I would have rescheduled it. After waiting for almot 3 hours you are telling me that I will be the last patient for the day. This was ridiculous. I just couldnt stand her and just walked away as I felt there was no point arguing with this stupid lady.
