I would like to thank Dr. Franklin and his staff for giving flu shots to my three spirited offspring. Their dad informs me they were wild. The nurse/receptionist was most pleasant when I called to thank her for taking trouble and from what she said I gather she went to extra lengths to make the procedure as smooth as possible. She has a lovely sense of humour too. Kudos to Dr. Franklin as well; this is probably not a favourite thing to do to deal with yelling wriggling short people.

Wonderful doctor! Has a lot of common sense and seems very knowledgeable and interested. Some staff there are brusque, irritable, curt & difficult to deal with. In person they are a bit better but on the phone these ladies need some training in dealing with people. I am convinced they are nice enough but really bad at customer relations.

Tremendous knowledge and very accommodating. I have only had excellent experiences with Dr. Franklin.
