I have worked as a medical receptionist and if I had talk to patients the way Dr El-Ashry secretary does I wouldn't have a job you have to be compassionate and understanding to the patients need I know you can't please everyone but at least be polite and not make it feel like you are a annoying to her.

I don't have problem with Dr. El-Ashry, it is the staff or whoever answers the phone who is RUDE. You can say the nastiest thing in a nicest way but her receptionist does the opposite. Receptionist have no respect for Dr. El-Ashry's patients.

Dr. Dalia El-Ashry is awesome! From the get-go I felt very comfortable with her. She is very attentive, knowledgeable and caring. She is very respectful and treats me with dignity. I am truly lucky to have her as my specialist. Thank you Dr. El-Alshry!

Dr El-ashry very caring a is outstandingin her field of medicine. Her staff need to take communication classes, and be reminded to respect the patience's when they are in the office and on the phone.staff is very very rude

The receptionist/assitant service leaves much to be desired. Assitant never picks up the telephone live. The only way to talk to her is to leave message which she promisses to answer within 78 hours. She responds within 78 hours only about 50% of the time. 78 hours is totally unacceptable for a doctor.
