As a new patient my first impressions of Dr. Soucy and her secretary are very favorable. It is understandable that Dr. Soucy is very busy and makes assessments quickly however, her secretary has proven to be very caring and both on the phone and in person. Her attention to detail is remarkable and she seems to make a point in getting to know the patients. Thank you for that!
