You would think the Chief of Emergency Medicine would be some old arrogant professional who has no time for you. Not Dr. Letovsky. He is the most approachable, patient, calm and honest person you will ever meet in healthcare. He always has a smile on his face and runs a fine ER dept. You are #1 Doc!

Very impressed with this Doctor who is head of Emergency at Credit Valley. Very pleasant, does everything he can do to make patients comfortable in emergency, even turned the ambulance bay into an area for beds. Very impressed with the gerry chairs. They allow people to sleep while wating. Good on ya, Doc Eric!
