It isn't actually his fault, I hardly go. Not the same as it used to be when I was a child - I'm old - Doctors used to make house visits - no longer. Try to give context to him. After all we don't know each other. But because of the 15 minute rule and posted info that only one issue at a time at the office, then it seems I have no help to deal with what everything that is going on. Life doesn't deal singular problems at a time. At this stage they are multiple for me. Again not his fault - was taught when young that you don't show up for help unless really serious (before socialized medicine) I know really old. But need help. Easy to say the patient is in control - lets them off the hook, will call for the CT scan I need once a year (no reminder from them) Will call to set appointments but your guess is as good as mine, how many complaints are okay in one visit. Don't want to spend my time going to the doctor every other day.
