This office is ANYTHING but professional. I went to my first appointment and was thoroughly disappointed in their unprofessionalism and lack of clarity, knowledge. I gave some feedback to them at the end of the visit regarding what first time patients expect. It had been laid out to me that all the testing would be complete and I would have a consultation with the Doctor, when in fact two tests were complete and the consultation was simply him asking for the answers to his questions which I had filled out in preparation of the appointment (COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME). I was scheduled to return today to complete my testing and received a call from an arrogant office manager (I imagine she is family, as her predisposition is similar to Dr Krop)that they had returned my fee via a registered letter and terminated me a patient because I simply offered and voiced some feedback during my initial visit. This is sad and very disturbing for a so-called "health centre". Please do NOT waste your time and energy on this experience. Dr. Krop and the staff are very unique ... they practice with sincere compassion and knowledge... as many of you know Dr. Krop is not afraid to step out of the box ... he is a man with honour and integrity ... he helped my foster son get he life back ...Dr. Krop is the real deal ... to relay his sincerity to get you better you will notice he does not accept patients that smoke or live with a smoker ... what this tells me is he has every intention of making you well and will not accept your money if he feel you are not on the same team ... what integrity this man has. Thank you Dr. Krop for all that you do and all that you have done ... you are a blessing.

Dr. Krop has helped me get well when other doctors had no answers. I feel like a human being again. I was referred to him by one of the smartest medical researchers on the planet - if you want to get well - see him and his terrific staff.
