Meet this man at the emergency clinic at Credit Valley. What a horrible experience. I usually forget things quickly and move on to the next. This was an exceptionally annoying experience that I will write about. He is arrogant, inconsiderate, lacks bedside manners, and has no empathy for patients. His strict and unfriendly tone actually scared me. And here I am simply trying to get help. He questions you but doesn't wait to fully hear your response. He made me feel like an idiot, like I shouldn't be here. Who of us has time to waste at the emergency clinic. We have work and a life just like you. When people come to you seeking help, simply be a doctor and help them. That's your job...

I met Doctor Belchetz in emergency when my mother had an aneurysm. He was wonderful. He explained her condition and was patient as each of my brothers and sisters arrived, showing each of us the CT scan and explaining what options we had. Exceptional bed side manner. Made us feel like she was a real person and not just another number.
