Go to a walk-in clinic instead. A doc you have never met will treat you better than Rafla. She acts like she does not care or does not believe you that something is wrong. Gives a hard time if asked to run tests or send a referral. Staff never answers the phones and spends more time socializing and talking about personal things than helping serve patients. Really disappointed with this doctor office. Looking for a new "family doctor".

I make the drive from Oakville and the staff is always helpful. Dr. Rafla is one of the best doctors I've dealt with. She is always punctual and listens to your concerns.

I had a very rare condition, and Dr Rafla really didn't take it seriouly which forced me to source other help and caused me to have serious health issues, physically and mentally

Dr. Rafla really takes the time to talk to you about all of your concerns etc, I have been going there for 5 years and making the drive to Milton, ON. Currently the doctor office staff are really nice, and patient.

Can't make an appt, nobody answers the phone, even though she's my doctor, I use walk-in clinics since they are easier to get into see a doctor. took my 3 year old to a walk in clinic last week, she had pneumonia, gave her a prescription and said the lung infection was very bad, she needs to see a doctor in 48 hours to make sure that it is clearing up properly. Tried to make an appointment with Dr. Rafla, no answer on the phone, so I went into the office, they REFUSED to make an appointment for her, saying that they didn't care what another Dr. said, they would not see her until after the prescription was finished (7 days) So, I had to take her back to the walk in clinic. Not much point in having a family Dr. if she refuses to see you...
