She is a knowledgeable, down to earth and caring caring. She explains everything and does not rush you. Her calm demeanor is comforting.

My biggest pet peeve is they never answer the phone! Yet they ask you not to leave urgent messages on the answering machine. We've been playing telephone tag for 3 weeks now.. so frustrating!

Good doctor but absolutely unprofessional staff that just ruins her credibility. Impossible to ever get anyone on the phone or get a call back. This level of customer service is unacceptable, and that is unfortunate, as she could have a really good practice.

Dr. Cytowski has been my Dr. for over 10 years. She is kind, listens to me (which is rare in a a Dr!) and keeps up to date in new advances in medicine. My only complaint is it can be difficult to get ahold of a person and often call backs take a while.

I have been her patient for 9 years and since January 2012, I have left message after message and have not heard back from her receptionist. What the heck is going on??? It looks like I'll have to find someone who has staff who will call you back in 48 hours.

Really Good Doctor, but hard to get an appointment. Never connect with a person only voice mail and even though they say messages will be returned within 24 hrs, seldom happens. But love the doctor!!

Dr. Cytowski really listens and takes her time with her patients. She is up to the date with knowledge and follows up. Also, she keeps things in confidence which is great for teenagers

I have had Dr. Cytowski for over 10 years and she has been always a very caring and understanding doctor. All questions were answered and a true understanding of medicine is obvious! A great bedside manner and polite. RARE today! Referal to top doctors for speciality requests has been a standard! My family's doctor for a long to come.
