You do have to wait, but she is excellent. She takes time with you. She works with you to find out whats wrong.

She was my Doctor for 20 years. I know she always runs late and I expect this because she never rushes me. I bring books and my smartphone to keep me busy while I wait. She's a great Doctor and others know this as well. Worth the wait.
