Horrendous receptionist who called me at work to lecture me about how "discourteous" I was for not immediately returning her phone call from the previous day to confirm my appointment for the following week. She then told me how busy she was and how she always makes the time to return her own phone messages. I informed her I would be cancelling my appointment for the following week and speaking to my family doctor for a referral to a different respirologist. Very off putting and condescending manner on the phone with me.

His staff has no patient with patients, especially for the appointment. Very unprofessional!

his misstreatment left high and dry his diagnosis were incorect he nearly killed me thanks to my own wisdom that i stoped using his medication.

Dr Grossman, made me a new man! I met Dr G. about ten years ago and he never gave up on finding what was causing my 20 years of poor health. He is the most thorough Dr that I have seen and I've seen a few. After 20 years of repeated infections and arsenals of antibiotics from other doctors, he persistently searched for the cause of my poor health and chronic infections, He discovered a rare immune disorder called Hypogammaglobulinemia. I have been receiving replacement therapy for the last ten years at Credit Valley Hospital to treat this disorder and my health has dramatically improved. I always look forward to my annual follow up visits with Dr. G and his wonderful office assistant Debbie, so that I can thank him. Thanks Dr. G your the best! :) MC
