Very knowledgeable doctor. Vary patient and easy to talk to. Front office staff is very pleasant and helpful. They have a laboratory and you can get your blood work done too (you do not have to go to an outside laboratory).

I have visited Dr Gordon's office in the past and his assistant definitely has an attitude problem. What happened to me on my current visit has made me want to write this review! I was run over by a car, and I have a broken leg in a cast - mobility is a big issue! The problem started when I called in to see Dr Gordon for completing Insurance forms required urgently or else I do not get paid my wages!! I had just learnt about it the day I called. I told his assistant that this is an emergency. She started being confrontational of why I did not call earlier as my accident happened 5 days ago, and how I have to see the Dr multiple times before forms can be completed, even though I had explained my painful situation and mobility issues to her! How uncaring!! She also kept asking me to repeat my information over and over again to bring it up on computer! I asked her if she received my results from the Hosp. and she refused to followup with the Hospital. I told her I have already given consent to the Hospital to release my medical info to Dr Gordon - nothing made a difference. She continued to lecture me what the process was. Lastly, when I had completely lost my cool, she agreed to give me an appointment to see the Dr and check with the Hospital. I asked her why did you not just do that at get go when I explained to her and got me this aggravated? When I went to see Dr Gordon, he would not examine my foot without medical information from the Hospital. Aren't Family Dr's supposed to check you if you tell them of what happened to you? I told him I can show you where the fracture is, you can do the exam, and I will personally followup with the Hosp. get them to send medical information to you and you can verify the problem, complete report and send it to the Insurance! I was told his practice was not a Drive through fast food where you come and go. Last time he told me his practice was not Rabba Groceries. I am well aware of where I am visiting!!! I get a feeling he wants you to see him multiple times so he can scan your health card as many times as possible for a problem that can be solved in 1 visit - So 5 mins visits 3 times a month is much better than treating an immobile person in pain in 1st visit. I am completely unimpressed with the level of service I have received! I hope things change and the service level improves, both with his assistant and with Dr Gordon. Lastly, please teach your assistant not to refer to patients as honey and dear!!

Dr. Gordon is great. The staff not so much. They don't greet you upon entry and you need to wait for them to be ready to serve you. This has happened at all visit. (upwards of 10+ over the years.) The staff need to be trained on customer relations.

Dr Gordon is Great But The Staff have been frustrating to deal with.First was the transfer of my files for my previous Dr.to Dr. Gordon's office this request had to be initiated from Dr. Gordon's office. After losing 3-4 weeks between my old doctor's office and Dr. Gordon's I found out the requested never been faxed because the fax operator had failed to put a 1 in front of the area code before dialing as both were 289 area codes. But why didn't they pay attention to the error message. What would happen it was test results the hospital was looking for,or a specialist appointment booking.they have no e-mail.They want you to communicate verbally.But when I tried that what they said & I heard resulted in a missed appointment. At the time I thought was my problem the one I received a message from a specialist and a message from Dr. Gordon's office for the same appointment I got two different times. I got so frustrated that I sent another fax showing all my previous requests with confirmations from a month an half before (The time allotted for a Specialist maybe) but certainly not your family doctor. So I got an immediate response from Dr. Gordon, who saw me right away, explained that my wait time was incontestable and that was a reason for having walk-in clinic on his sign outside.Somehow it even 10% of Dr. Gordon rubbed off on his staff there would be a marked improvement

Dr. Gordon is very knowledgeable and is also great at listening. Since I've had asthma, eczema and allergies since I was a child, I've learned a lot and Dr. Gordon always lets me speak and values my input. He has a sound dermatology background and is always aware of up and coming treatments.

Dr Gordon is a wonderful Doctor. He has provided better care to my family as a walk in Doctor than our actual family physician. He is kind and caring in addition to being a knowledgeable general practicioner.

My mother has been going to Dr Gordon for about 5 years now. My doctor just moved so I'm now also seeing him. He's very caring and I've had no bad experiences. The front desk staff is also very good. I highly recommend him to any new patients.

The counter staff are not always cheerful. Many times they do not even acknowledge you when you are waiting at the desk. (too busy filing, etc...) They should at least acknowledge you with a good morning, I will be right with you.

I am really happy about having Dr. Gordon as our family doctor. He is always helpful and willing to address any concerns that I have. It is important for patients to be mindful of the doctors time and not bombard him with several issues in one visit. I usually try to keep to a minimum of 1-2 issues. Keep up the great work Dr. Gordon. Staff is great as well.

If you have a appointment he accepts walk in patients before you, always rushed appointments and he doesnt like if you have afternoon appointments...
