She took over for my doctor when she retired and it's been a miserable several years since. She has misdiagnosed me several times, only ever wants to give me pills without treating the root of the problem (often after misdiagnosis - she prescribed me antibiotics for a strep infection I didn't have, so this resulted in a yeast infection) and never really listens to me. She also isn't very personable and I'm not too comfortable with her as I know she doesn't know what she's doing half the time. Wish I could switch :(

Dr. Abeysinghe had big shoes to fill when she took over the bulk of Dr. W. Bakker's practice when Dr. Bakker retired. She has more than met the challenge. A smart, kind, caring doctor. I would recommend her to anyone.
