Not a pleasant person and doctor. Her office constantly changes appointments and when you finally see her, she is very defensively implying to get a new doctor if we're not satisfied. Guess what doctor, we did and we never come back and don't recommend others to even try her.

The worst doctor ever. Constantly complains about money and government cuts. Doesn't listen to your concern and shortens visits due to overbooking. Definitely stay away as there are more professional and compassionate doctors out there.

We have been patients of Dr. Kuzmina's practice since 2012 when my wife was pregnant with our first child. Not only does she take care of myself but she saw my wife through two pregnancies and delivered both our children without issue. Her office is always clean and modern, we have never had to wait any more than 20 minutes. The fact that she is the sole doctor managing an office and as well as being on call 24/7 to deliver babies shows just how dedicated she is to her patients. When talking to nursing staff at Southlake, they all had nothing but great things to say about working with her. Overall she has been by far the best doctor my wife and I have ever had. Also, my wife's mother and grandparents all started seeing Dr. Kuzmina, and they all think very highly of her, so it is not true to say all she cares about is babies and prenatal patients. I challenge anyone to find a better more down to earth family physician than Dr. Kuzmina!

Although, she is getting very busy, she will still try to accomodate you as soon as posible. She is very knowlegible and helpful and has an answer to every question (...just ask though). I like that she is very modern and uses new technology, which tels you that she is up todate. The office is knew and inviting. Our whole family goes there, my husband and I and our two small kids, which is very convinient as she can see us all at the same time.

Dr. Alona is am amazing doctor and is an exceptional person. She knows what she is doing and she is doing that with the big heart. Her manager Oxana is a huge support and the very nice smiling person as well
