Rude, condescending, arrogant, uncaring, abrupt, fails to take a full history, jumps to conclusions, doesn't listen, has zero empathy. Performed the most painful prostate exam I ever experienced. Performed unnecessary procedure based on incomplete history, in my opinion. Told me to "call next week and book an appointment for a follow-up ultrasound." It'll be a cold day in Hell before that ever happens. Told my family doctor of the experience and he's referring me to another urologist.

Very busy doctor, all business but if you have questions he will answer them. He has been my urologist for a few years and I trust him. Make sure you have your questions ready ahead of time and a pad of paper to record answers.

This urologist needs to improve his treatment of patients. I found him rude and arrogant. The thought of this guy coming at me with a scalpel just terrified me. Not for me.

First rate urologist ... great support staff. In demand hence waiting times can be 15 - 45 minutes. Worth the wait.
