Exceedingly long wait time, just to be put in an examination room,only to sit and wait longer. Usually 3 hours before you see Dr. Sam Henien. Outrageous.......

One usually has a long wait but he is caring, knowledgeable and kind. I believe that the wait time is worth it. We have been going to him since he opened the practice in Newmarket.

It is not unusual to spend over two hours in main waiting room, followed by another hour in smaller waiting room - to be told patients are "allowed one question only" as he's very busy. He is abrupt and arrogant.Canadian health care is wonderful and I do know how lucky we are in this country...... fly in ointment is that one cannot change GPs if you already have a doctor.

Almost always have quite a wait, but my family has had four family doctors in the last ten years and Dr. Henein has got to be the most caring and understanding of them all. He's excellent with children and actually listens to his patients and takes his time to evaluate the situation before jumping to conclusions. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a new doctor.

you do have to wait awhile in the waiting room but he is a fabulous doctor and he truly cares about his patients he is worth the waiting
