I find Dr A Singh very attentive, and always willing to listen to my concerns. He always makes me feel as though I am his only patient. I am extremely pleased to have him as my Doctor. Top Notch A+++

Since I have been with dr J and A Singh and the staff everyone there has been very supportive and I 'm now getting the help that I need. I have been using the Primary Care Niagara in Niagara Falls for the past ten years. I have been totally satisfied, so much so that I have made it the family practice for my entire family. Dr. Artaj Sing, Dr. Judith Singh and the rest have all been great to me. They have set up a totally satisfactory health plan to care for my diabetes, high blood pressure, and gout. They explain every treatment, recommend treatments, ensure I receive continuous monitoring, and am provided with the reports and necessary treatment. Coming to Primary Care Niagara was the best decision I have personally ever made.

Doctor has a Superiority Complex Personality. He has horrible bedside manners. He does not listen to patients and does not investigate your problems. He assumes he is right and has issues misdiagnosing his patients. Look him up in google for doctor reviews. He has a 2.6/5 on the website I use. When you need constant assistance due to a gradual issue he will get frustrated and make you submit your own referrals that have to be requested by the patient (he does not give referrals for specialists unless you ask)and gets frustrated and rude when he is caught in something he should have done for the patient without questions. Steer far from him at all times. He is about quantity during his shift not quality and resolutions.
