Incredibly disorganized. The front desk staff tells me she calls me back to confirm my appointment and she never call back. My appointments have been canceled and rescheduled for past three appointment. I want to go off my medication and discuss it with doctor but I cant see her. and the receptionist keeps telling me ask for refill.=

Dr. Gilbert and her team are amazing. She is likely one of the most caring and kind hearted individuals I have ever met. She sees the "person" behind the illness. She is whole-heartedly a "patient-centred" doctor. You can see the care she has for patients in interactions with them. She's the best!!!! I am so grateful for her care. Thank you so much, Dr. Gilbert!!!
