My baby had terrible experience with Dr.Deeth. She was extremely impatient and rude to my questions as the baby cried restlessly and loudly. I asked her what and how the test will be doing, and if its painful to baby, she didnt explain but glared at us and threw off the curtain angrily. Then she sent two nurses to collect urine sample with a sticker bag, the nurses did not explain the process beforehand either. They handle baby’s private area so roughly that it traumatized foreskin and tip immediately, we asked for her attention and help right away, as my baby was in so much pain and fear that he cried desperately, but they didn’t pay any attention and help but gave us a cold face instead: "its not big deal". We got very upset and complained to the in-charge person, but Dr.deeth lied in order to cover the accident. She said: the bleeding is baby’s bloody urine. However, the hospital record shows the truth: the bag has no urine at all except fresh blood drops from red and swollen skin the nurses traumatized! Later we collected urine sample safely with another emergency doctor and nurse. He and our family doctor both checked the traumatized area again and said this test should not cause trauma if performed properly, since no tube was used. Dr. deeth is terribly irresponsible, unprofessional and rude. She is not a doctor but a killer to my baby! It’s a shame to have doctor of such quality in Oakville hospital. She and her nurses did not show any caring attitude to my young baby, and they did not want to apologize for their mistake that caused my baby still suffering. If you don't want a coldblooded evil to abuse your child, bring her to other doctor or Sick Kids hospital.

Dr. Deeth was concerned that I was so sick. She made me feel that my answers to her questions made sense to her. Although I knew she was very busy she never appeared to rushed to give me the attention I needed. She is a super lady!

Her hours in hospital were over, in spite that she took care about my ear and saw it with 9 stitches. My family doctor was surprised how excellent job she did.
