I saw Dr Ahmed when my Dr was not available. Right away I knew she was listening to me, she was very professional, gave me several options, referred me to a Specialist and followed up very quickly with an appointment. Extremely efficient. The 4 given for the staff is probably closer to a 3+ as I have found them not as helpful as they could be, they have given family members a hard time when calling for an appointment, and have not listened to their questions, passing them off to a nurse practitioner...they have since been diagnosed with a serious health condition after repeatedly having to insist on seeing a Dr.
