Dr.Mike as he is known tends to over book appointments is often late and spends as little time as possible with me. I know I am considered a 'problem' patient. but when you consider how they were booking appointments where one would wait weeks to get into the office. They have changed that behaviour but it is still very difficult to reach the office by phone and if you don't call starting at 9am you may be delayed in getting in sooner rather than later. The way they booked before was so stressfull is it any wonder that a person became unhappy and cranky. I for one was not shy about voicing my dissatisfaction. He gets high marks from most because he is a relatively young 'pretty boy' so the women gush over Dr.Miiiiike!
