Dr.Sheppard is knowledgeable and friendly enough, the issue is actually getting in to see her when required. I have repeatedly experienced staff in her office to be condescending and unapproachable. Not a pleasant experience when a visit must be made.

Your receptionist does not let anyone make appts for less than 4 weeeks away, even for follow up from ER it is always 4 weeks appt - this is poor service - especially when Er doc requests you follow up with your dr receptionist tells people to go to ER - not what ER is for
