Have been chronically ill without a diagnosis for years and she refuses to even listen to my symptoms or anything I have to say. Have seen her dozens of times on the matter and the most I've gotten from her was, "I don't know what's wrong with you." and having to beg her to oder tests. Maybe she doesn't know what's wrong with me because she won't listen to me! Worst doctor I have ever interacted with. I have had to turn to self treatment and naturopaths.

I have been with Dr. Touma for 7 years.I cant wait to find a new Dr. She is very warm but somewhat incompetent. She rarely answers my questions directly. She makes one feel like she doesn't know what she's doing. I would not recommend her as a Dr.

I really like have Dr. Touma as a doctor, she is great with my, and my daughter! Unfortunately, I'm actually considered switching doctors based on her receptionist. I have never had such bad service at a doctors office in my life.
