Unfriendly, borderline nasty staff. Very unsympathetic. Must be a job qualification to be stern, unsmiling and militaristic in approach to patients. Two appointment screw-ups. Never their fault. Dr. Turner is very competent and knowledgable.

Totally incompetent Staff. Booked me for a year ahead on April 3, I told them it was good Friday. Women said they were working. I called after a lengthy wait to confirm they were indeed working April 3, women said they sent me letter changing bcit was good Friday. Changed to July, i called to confirm week ahead of July 2015 appt the women said I missed April 3. When I explained, women now stated it wasn't true and they never book a year ahead, I would need another Dr requisition. WTF.... Your only as good as your Staff. INCOMPETENT STAY AWAY

He is very knowledgeable but he records information about patients out loud with the door open - very embarrassing for people in the waiting area to hear!
