I have had some bad experiences with this doctor over the years. His bed side manners are horrible. never asks anything other then what are you here for today. the entire time his face is usually looking down at charts & doesn't really tell u what he thinks other then had a few papers with other specialists to follow up with or prescriptions which u end up leaving not knowing anything about your condition. i have chronic pain and he basically can't help me nor can i get surgery so i am forced to cope with pain meds which won't be covered soon. he is suppose to be trying other meds or ways for me to deal with the pain but told me there's no point and I will just have to go through withdrawl then. that theres gonna be a lot of sick ppl and they will just have to do something about it. i have read that if the doctors try other things for one year and still nothing else works that they are to fill out forms so the patients can see if the qualify for coverage in another way but he acted like he had no idea what I'm talking about. often he goes on holidays and doesn't have a doctor to cover for refills which forces patients to go to walk in clinic where we are made to feel bad or worry that we may not even get the meds as the doctors don't like to right scrips for pain meds. there has been a few mistakes with my refills...the amounts and one time i was prescribed something I already take under another name. If I didn't need the medication so bad and other doctors weren't so reluctant dealing with chronic pain I would seek out another doctor but at this point I really don't know what to do.
