The people at front desk don't realize that they are dealing with people who are not feeling well. They are expected to help and not to annoy their customers. If they cannot do that, they should not be in healthcare. I would not even rate staff at 1 - rather 0 if there is an option for this. They are consistently terrible. Everytime I call or talk to these people, there is something frustrating that comes up.
